Week 5 and my pregnancy symptoms have gone! What's happening?

Trying not to panic but had really sore full boobs all weekend and cramps and now boobs back to normal and only mild cramping. Can anyone reassure me?

That happened to me. no symptoms at all at week 5. don't worry they will come!

My morning sickness really kicked in week 6 and lasted for 7 weeks!

Sounds like me 5 months ago don't worry they will come back, try not to worry I worry about things still now everythings fine :) I'm 6 months now x

I would do a pg test and see if the line is still strong, but then I did loads of tests with all of mine

I don't think the strength of the line really means anything. Mine got stronger dispute a mc

In know it's not an exact science but the time I had an early miscarriage the line went fainter.
The time I was bleeding but still had strong test results I remained pregnant.

After 12 yrs I got a bfp , 5+3 I had this metallic taste in my mouth with mild back pain and was very gassy, I could feel my uterus was on to something. All of a sudden they all disappeared today. I'm scared , anyone who went through the same and is doing good .
