I have hyperemesis which was improving. I am vomiting today and it feels like a bug.
yesterday I had a slice of pie from a deli counter and am now convinced it is listeria in my own crazy head.
anyone able to reassure me this is not very likely? (no one else is ill)

thanks! but still panicking. why does pregnancy turn me, a rational intelligent woman into a total anxiety ridden dufus. if listeria I would be really ill and so would everyone else! right?

Yeah I think listeria is extremely rare so I wouldn't worry. If no one else is ill it's likely just to be morning sickness/ bug. Call the doctor if your worried :)

Also nhs guidelines don't say to avoid deli food (other countries do I know) so the risk must be very low
