hi im 7 weeks post csec on tues i stopped bleeding 2 weeks pp had nothing then week 5 on/off brown spotting me n oh dtd week 4 bad i know but today all sudden heavy bleeding red stringy blood when going to low started cramping and backpain slight tender breasts nausea and very hormonal am formula feeding any advice could it be my period av called nhs as bit freaked out any advice thank you xxx

As your ff its very likely to be a period. I've had periods as quick as 5 weeks after giving birth!

The first one is generally quite different from a 'normal' period.

The fact you dtd in week 4, IMO has no relevance to the current bleeding you describe. Why would you think dtd is bad?!
