Different symptoms for pregnancy #2 is it a different gender?

I'm currently preggers with #2 and have different symptoms. With number one my only symptom was nausea and I needed the loo more in the third trimester. I'm only 6 weeks now and I have sore boobs, I'm knackered, I'm going to the loo in the night already, and I don't have much sickness yet, and off and on dry mouth/thirst. Could this mean #2 is a boy? What's your experience of additional pregnancies? Same symptoms or different and did they turn out to be different genders?

It seems there is no way to predict then. That's a shame but it's also nice to have the surprise. Thanks for all the replies.

I was going to post a similar question! I'm about 5 1/2 weeks with DC2, so still v early days but last time round i had very sore boobs at this time but had a girl, so on that basis alone it doesn't mean that yours is a boy this time! I feel different this time around though. I don't really 'feel' anything yet, which given that I had a MC prior to DD, makes me a bit nervous / paranoid that that will happen again. I did feel a bit nauseous yesterday, so hoping that's a good sign! I guess my main question is whether it is normal to feel differently each pregnancy? Some of the comments above seem to suggest that it is!
