swelling of the feet

any advice would be great, am putting my feet up when i can but doesnt really reduce the swelling much also been advised to drink plenty which am doing just wondering if you lovely ladies had any other suggestions?

half bucket of warm water with a big pinch of salt.. makes a difference and relief.
keep your feet in it and sit on a chair for 15 to 20 min. and remember to keep feet warm and high when you remove them from water.

Sounds like good advice from Saku but also try reflexology if possible, and try to get your DP/DH/friend to rub some cream into your feet massaging gently. I find when I do that, the swelling goes right down.

I still have hobbit feet, but I can at least see my veins and they go a normal colour :)
