Breast pain comes and goes. Is this normal?

Hi,

I got my BFP on Monday. I'm only 3 + 5 at the moment. I'm finding that my boobs are sore sometimes but then feel fine at other times. It's worrying me so I'm wondering whether its normal? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a very short cycle that you're only 3+5? is it only 26 days since your last period?

The breast pain comes and goes alright, and in the early days it was a day on/day off for me.. it's still the same at 13 weeks actually!

Thanks v v v much chica. I really appreciate you replying. I actually don't have a short cycle - it's normally 30 days! I was really surprised to get a BFP on Monday. It wasn't even faint - it was quite clear. I know I ovulated on either day 13 or 14 though (I had a scan done on the morning of day 14 and was told I had ovulated very recently - stupidly I didn't ask exactly what recently meant...). That means Monday would have been 10 or 11 dpo so not particularly early for a BFP I don't think. I just wish my boobs were really painful so that I had some reassurance - it's a ridiculous thing to wish for I know!
