I'm currently 29 weeks pg & since around 11pm last night I've had bad diarrhea. Before every attack I get a sharp pain across the middle of my stomach, where my belly button is and I have to run to the toilet. Managed to eat some plain toast and a banana all day & i have been drinking plenty of water.
Baby seems happy enough, I haven't had any decrease in movements, bean is as wriggly as ever!
Do you think it's possibly just a stomach bug? I hate being ill, I'm always terrified it's affecting the baby.
Any advice?

Sounds like you have a bug to be honest! Rotavirus is going around at the moment. However my bowels have been up and down this whole pregnancy. I think when baby has a growth spurt your hormones are raised and it can cause havoc!
