I'm 14 weeks tomorrow, and over the last week (ish) I've been getting really weird abdo pains. They just come on for a short time and I can be doing pretty much anything (lying on my tummy in bed, going to the loo - sorry!, just after eating, etc) when they start, and thankfully they don't last long. It's like a burning pain, but feels like it's just under the skin; like someone's grabbed whatever's there and is pulling is as hard as they can until it starts to crack. Not very comfortable

My DP's first thought was that it's my skin stretching, but if that's what it is, why does it only happen at certain times and not, for example, when I'm exercising and might actually be working my tummy? And am I not too early for that? I've only got the tiniest of bumps and wasn't expecting to be doing any skin-stretching for some time yet
