Bleeding at 25 weeks

Am really looking for advice/reassurance - am 25 weeks today and have had some pink bleeding (not in my pants, just when I wiped). I had some similar brownish bleeding about 2 weeks ago - does anyone have any advice? I can feel my baby move about so I'm not too concerned but I don't want to just leave it if I should get it checked out.

Thanks

I've never had quite this, but if I were in your situation I would get it hecked out asap. It's good that you can feel the baby moving.

OTOH, have you had a look down there with a mirror? Sex can sometimes cause a bit of bleeding that's clearly not from an internal source, in which case I doubt there would be anything to worry about.

get it checked out asap, i had this because of a low lying placenta

I had bleeding too at 24 weeks just last Friday. But mine was after sex and bright red. It was a bit of a shock because I hadn't had any bleeding before in this or previous pregnancy. It wasn't much and then the next few days some brown spotting. The hospital was happy to check me out there and then and it was reassuring because they did an internal and confirmed that the cerfix was closed and no fresh bleeding etc. I'd get it check for your peace of mind. Needless to say that's it for me and dh until after the birth...dh feels guilty and has stepped up on the housework etc..

Get it checked asap...probably nothing but better to get reassured that everything's OK. Your hospital will have a day assessment unit and you just turn up and ask for a MW to check you out.

Hope it's all ok....sure it will be.

Thanks everybody,
I had it checked and I have some cervical erosion apparently which may bleed from time to time, but it is normal and nothing to worry about!
thanks again
