Blood streaked discharge (TMI, sorry)

Am 5+3 and this morning had a load of bloody discharge when I wiped. Seems fine since, but I'm a bit paranoid having already had a miscarriage. I also have period type pains and my boobs aren't as sore or full as they were (they were so sore they were the reason I did a test initially).

Anyone else had this and it not been the start of a miscarriage?

I've had both. This time around it was a little blood at 5+5, but it all worked out ok. I know it's horrid waiting, but fingers crossed that you'll be fine.

Thanks for replying Baking. It's just so hard in the early stages isn't it...I wish I could fast forward to my 12 week scan!

How do you get a scan at this stage? I haven't seen my midwife yet and won't for another 3 weeks.

I've not seen my midwife yet, got an appointment next week, when I got the bleeding this morning I rang the doctors and they advised me to go to the early preg unit at hospital and they scanned me there to check everything was ok, they can't see heartbeat till 6 weeks though !

I had the same and my now DD is perfectly healthy. Freaked me right out though.

I've had this twice. The first time it turned into a miscarriage, this time around it was all ok, I'm now 32 weeks. The difference between the two was that for the miscarriage the bleeding got progressively worse.

I hope you have a good news.
