22 week GP appointment? Is this routine now?

When I saw midwife at 15 weeks she mentioned seeing GP at 22 weeks.

But in my notes, there is no mention of a 22 week appt. Next one is 24 weeks with midwife.

It's all changed since my last pregnancy!

Just had 20 week scan, all is well. I'm tempted to wait until next midwife appt.

I didn't have an appointment at 22 weeks. I haven't seen my GP at all but it appears to vary from area to area. Maybe give the midwife a call to see if the appointment is necessary.

Good luck!

I have not had one and I am 23 weeks. Am with one2one though so that could be why. Not heard of anyone else having one either.

Not had one either, I am on dc3 and had my 20 week scan, my next appointment is not till 28 weeks.

I meant to ssy op. I seen my midwife at 16 wks & then 28 weeks...its how appointments are scheduled apparently!

I love the sound of one2one care...

If it's routine in your area she should have written it down in your notes, or it should be on a schedule at the front or similar.

Is it for your matb1?

I saw my midwife at 22 weeks when I collected mine or she did say my gp could do it
