In slow labour since friday!!

Getting rather pissed off, all back pains, 2 sweeps and one more this morning, if this doesnt work i may cry!!!

Is it your first? I had this with my first, it can be very disheartening.

If it helps at all, those days of on off contractions were definately doing something. My second stage was much much quicker than my first stage, she practically shot out.

Try and keep active, even if it's just walking round the house.

I second keeping active! My sister had my gorgeous niece on day 8 of slow labor after we made her waddle round as much as possible! Good luck xxx

In slow labour since Saturday. I truly feel your pain. It's so disheartening not to mention exhausting. Have you been able to get much sleep? I'm on my second pregnancy and never had this with my first. Try to keep active - I'm off to push a trolley around lidl to try and bring it on (and get some shopping too obviously).

Second dd, was the same with first. Im not sleeping properly not cos of the pains but im SO RESTLESS! I think im gonna get this house scrubbed soon, i need the smell of dettol in my life haha! Gonna waddle up to tesco and get my scrub on! thought my 3rd sweep was tofay, its tomoro.... i wouldnt mind but i called to confirm time and date yesterday afternoon

I'm so helpful.
I can't hoover or mop because I have spd and the floors are driving me insane - but everything at waist height and up is sparkly.

I'm currently bouncing on my gym ball (while mn'ing and having some sushi), I need to get everything to sync up. I had contractions every 15 mins for 2 hours on Saturday, but then they stopped, it's very annoying.

I'm thinking of booking something expensive and non-refundable for the next few days because then it will definately kick off.

Is it so wrong that I'm jealous? My pains are getting stronger but are just useless. Been up since 3am, I can't sleep through them.
