I had 2 MSCs due to antiphospholipid synd.
Now i'm pregnant , i'm on clexane 40 and aspirin 81 (juspirin) once daily
I was confused today and took juspirin twice not once+ clexane
I'm so worried is this extra dose of of aspirin can harm my baby ? :(

Congrats on your pregnancy! I really wouldn't think this is a problem. The dose of aspirin for pain relief is 600mg I think and, while it's not recommended on a regular basis at that level, women in the early stages of pregnancy have almost certainly been caught out on occasion taking the odd dose for pain relief without realising they're pregnant. You need to be taking it regularly at that higher dose for it to cause any problems as far as I know. That's me speaking as a GP but if in doubt get advice from your consultant. X
