jusprine+clexane,,,any assurance ?! :(

i took clexane 40 and jusprine 81 (once) daily (for antiphospholipid syn. that cause 2 miscarriages for me )
i'm 6w 2d pregnant
i'm not sure wether i took the jusprine today or not as i took another medicines,, so i took one pill of jusprine again ,, if this pill was extra (so that i took 2 pills today with clexane) will harm my baby ? feeling so worried

I think it's unlikely that one extra pill will cause any problems, but since you are worried, why don't you phone your doctor and ask for advice. I'm sure they'll reassure you.
