Exhaustion and looking after older DC

I'm nearly 33 weeks pg and utterly exhausted. I have 2 DC and no3 will be here shortly. I'm struggling w energy levels and focusing on them properly by the time we get to late afternoon after school/nursery as all I want to do by 4.30 or 5pm is go to sleep. I'm resisting the urge to let them watch TV from home time (4pm-ish) till bath time (about 6) as I know it's not good for them, so we have a bit of tv (about 30 mins or so), then tea, then playtime then bath. On the one hand, I figure a few weeks of lazy parenting isnt going to kill them but I feel guilty if I opt for an easy life.

Does anyone have any tips for doing right by your dc while heavily pregnant? My other cd arrived early so I figure I have less than 4 weeks to go till this baby arrives.

I've succumbed to the TV, I'm afraid. A few weeks won't do any lasting harm. Also depending on their ages will they draw/read?

Older dc is great- she'll draw and play by herself. But ds is a bit too small for that- only 2 so needs interaction. I wonder if I should be more realistic and embrace cbeebies?! Or else maybe ask PIL (who I'm finding hard work at the mo, though they're usually great) for some help.

Anyone else find themselves really irritable too? I'm not sure if the irritability is due to tiredness or if I'm just an evil cow.

Grab some help if you can. I just have the one DD who is almost 3 and we spent a good hour lying on the sofa this evening before DH got home to bath her, which is rare given his hours.

My ILs are local to us unlike my parents and have been a godsend.

I get v mixed messages from the ILs -It veers from them saying we shouldn't be having anor and not to expect help when no3 arrives (cos I had PND twice, presumably) to them offering help. Want to tell them to shove it but realise there well be nose-cutting-off- face going on.
