Grapes , prunes , dried apricots! They are natural or if not lactulose. Can be bought over the counter and is safe in pregnany I think. ( although u could go to gp and get for free on prescription!)
I suffered anyway so take a prescription of mobicol.
Best advise I can give is get it dealt with - later in pregnancy It could cause piles which can happen anyway and they are horrendous so het ontop of it now as it is likely to get worse throughout the pregnancy. I'm 41+3 so can speak from experience ! Good luck!

Buy some Windeze and crunch one after every meal even if you are feeling OK. They worked wonders for me and I am still carrying a pack with me at all times, even though it's eased off a bit for the moment (I'm 21w) and they are not unpleasant to crunch like some remedies.

Try not to drink fizzy drinks - even sparkling water - as it makes it worse.

Eat lots of fruit and veg and drink lots and try and do some exercise - I find lots of walking the best to get things moving!

Don't strain to have a poo, it'll come when it needs to believe me, although I know it feels very bloated and horrible if you haven't been able to go for a while.

have cut out caffeine& fizzy drinks all together. just drinking lots of water & fruit juice. eating normal lunches & dinners. in work im nibbling on fruit & addicted to salt&vinegar crisps. crisps seem to help stop the nausea

Boiled (drink warm, tea hotish) in a glass first thing in the morning!

It's really helped me, I'm nearly 34wks and have been having real trouble...sorted me out.

Plenty of orange juice with bits too!

Lepicol. It's a probiotic and fibre, and has really helped me with both those issues. Been taking it since about 10 weeks (now 31) and so far so good still.

must look in to these :) thanks. got quite a bump already mainly due to bloating - not good when trying to hide it in work til I get my scan. no idea when they'll contact me to have it tho as gp said it can take up to 7 wks for hosp to contact me.. so far only had a gp appointment 3wks ago for confirmation urine test and they took my blood pressure. feeling a tad neglected to sort of just get on with it :s
