37 weeks and I think I may of overdone the cleaning today was on my hands and knees for 8 hours scrubbing floors and walls. Climbed into bed to lay down and my lower back is so painful it actually takes my breathe away.

I cant sit on my bum the pressure is unbareable!!

Has anyone got any tips to ease it iv tried a hot waterbottle.

Also how should I NOT sleep because I do not want to make it worse!

Depending on what is actually causing the pain, ice packs are sometimes better than heat. If there is inflammation and swelling pressing on a nerve an ice pack helps to reduce the swelling but adding heat could make it feel worse.

Sure the pain and pressure aren't signs of labour...? Shock

I am 37 weeks and played football with my little one and the same happened with my back last night. So painful I cried myself to sleep. Something that helped was the pregnancy pillow combined with another big pillow between my legs, another big pillow under my head and my husband rubbing my back. Hope you feel better this morning !!!
