Constant pain lower abdomen

Hi. Can't get hold of midwife and triage won't see me as I'm only 15 weeks and can't get in at docs.

A couple of hours ago I started getting pain right in the middle of my abdomen, v uncomfortable. It has been constant since and whilst not mega painful, it is painful if that makes sense?

I thought round ligament pain but that isn't described as constant. Any ideas? Freaking out a little.

Is it trapped wind? I had it quite a lot at that stage of pregnancy.

I thought that but I don't have any, erm, problems going or anything

I have pain just below bet button, apparently it's too high for ligaments or spd so they've said it's umbilical pain and basically not to worry unless it turns to cramping and bleeding or I can't cope
