27 weeks lower right abdomen pain

Hiya, I have a sharp pain that comes and goes in my lower right abdomen, about the.same place as my ovary. It started after work and comes and goes roughly every 5 mins. The stab last around a second but it is very sharp. My mid back pain seems to have increased but not sure if im over thinking now! Baby Is active and can feel her.moving as normal!! Any help I am greatly appreciative of!!

Round ligament pain?

I am having this too and also don't know what it is. Doctor has said it's early contractions but I'm not sure I agree as it sounds nothing like what contractions are described to be like.
