36 weeks, DC3 and head not engaged?

Is it normal for the head not to be engaged so late on? I'm sure with the other two the head was well down by now?

Yup normal! The more pregnancies you have, the less likely you are to engage in advance, apparently. LO will just drop down on d-day.
Hope you don't have to wait long!

Agree, very normal for second and subsequent not to engage until labour starts.

Yep, I'm 40+6 weeks with DC3 and his head isn't engaged

Oh thats good, I don't know if I'm supposed to be doing anything to help it engage? I've been wearing a support band, that wouldn't obstruct it would it? I'm definitely ready for this baby to start heading for the exit now!
