haven't felt my baby kick for 3 days advice please

Hi I'm 24 weeks and 1 day and I felt my first 3 kicks last weekend and since tuesday I've felt nothing I keep doing things to make baby move but nothing seems to work is this normal? I haven't got midwife for another week

You don't need to count the kicks until 26-28 weeks so at this stage it is normal for kicks to not be as regular, baby is small so may have moved into a position where you can't feel them. That being said, I would still contact your midwife today and ask to be checked to be safe.

I would call midwife/ hospital for advice. Probably at 24 weeks baby has just moved into funny position but I think you are far on enough so that you do need to be checked out. Call now!

And in future I wouldn't wait 3 days, go as soon as you start to think they haven't moved as much as usual.

It's likely fine but don't go through the worry. Call midwife, if they don't arrange for you to be seen call hospital where you are scanned and ask to speak to your consultant

Rang midwife turns out thursday her day off rang the consultant led unit and they've said to come over to triage however u spell it

I went to Triage last week (when I was 23wks pregnant) as I hadn't felt baby move for 24 hours. As SodsLaw would have it, as soon as I lay down to be monitored he started doing somersaults Smile Good luck, I'm sure all will be fine x
