what is this pain :-(

hi all i am 35+5 and i have this pain like period type heavy pain and running round to my back its seems to stay and not come and go like contractions. what could this be? it does feel them first pains you get when going into labour but constant

Could be the way the baby is positioned, putting pressure on your back. Have a word with your midwife. Hope you feel better soon
