37+6 and have had enough

I'm on day 4 of back ache, period pain and general feeling of rubbishness. All through the day it gets worse and worse, and then I go to bed and wake up to nothing, only to repeat the cycle once more.

If one more person tells me "ooh it's not long now" I will full on punch them in the face. Xmas Angry

I couldn't agree more!!!!

apocketfulofposy · 04/12/2013 10:10

Is it your first?

I am on my 5th,i know how you feel (kind of,ive never got that angry about it haha)

Its kind of annoying to think that it could be another 4 weeks or more isnt it.

But i know once the baby is out i will miss being pregnant after a while, its wierd not having any wriggles in there!

Try to plan something nice every evening for yourself, even if its just having a bath and watching a dvd,it does help pass the time,so this week i have my fried coming over tonight, tomorrow we are going to wagamama and im going to have chicken katsu,,and will have a long bath.Friday we are having our other friends round.Saturday im getting my hair highlighted and cut.

Just try to enjoy it its a special time. Smile

QuietNinjaTardis · 04/12/2013 10:13

Completely with you on that. I'm 40+2 and have had enough. I'm knackered as up and down for wees in the night. I've got SPd and baby is low so pelvis really sore and I've been getting braxton hicks and mild period pain for a week or so and I think be been losing my plug the last few days and baby is still stubbornly refusing to get out. I feel your pain.

QuietNinjaTardis · 04/12/2013 10:14

Oh yes and all the people texting me asking "any signs yet?" Do you see a baby?? Grr.

apocketfulofposy · 04/12/2013 10:15

Oh god the going to the toilet really pisses me off,i will not miss that at all. After the birth i love having normal wees again,at this point i always find i need a wee all the time and it never all comes out,i need another one by the time ive stood up again!

QuietNinjaTardis · 04/12/2013 10:20

Exactly apocketful! And in the middle of the night it's a pain in the ass!

Rowboat · 04/12/2013 10:41

37+4 with dc2 and totally agree! Baby is so low, the pressure is horrible, bh. and period cramps and back ache ramping up. I don't get childcare for dc1 until tuesday so whilst I've had enough I'm scared all these cramps mean a complicated turn of events...

PistachioTruffle · 04/12/2013 10:43

I knew this would be you whisper Grin

You have my sympathy.

extracrunchy · 04/12/2013 10:45

And me and me! 37+4. Had enough! Toddler and SPD not helping.

HOWEVER I am a bit concerned DH will stop popping out at the drop of a hat to get me whatever sugary snack I fancy if I do squeeze out number two...

GodRestYeMerryWhisperMen · 04/12/2013 13:41

haha pistachio I am that predictable eh?

I went to the shop and a woman said "ooh you look like you're about to drop love. Be careful" and I full on shouted "TELL THAT TO THE FUCKING DEMON BABY INSIDE ME!" threw my basket of stuff on the floor and stomped out of the shop.

I think I might have a little bit of an anger problem today...Xmas Grin

Have some sympathy and a Brew

GodRestYeMerryWhisperMen · 04/12/2013 15:10

She deserved it crunchy Xmas Grin

kay so, I've changed my mind after getting a lot more pain. I preferred it when it only hurt a bit. I don't want to go into labour anymore...

Hahaha! You poor soul Xmas Grin. Do you think baby whisper might be an only child?! Xmas Wink

GodRestYeMerryWhisperMen · 04/12/2013 15:14

Well DP wants at least two children, but I am sure I will forget about all the bad parts once I meet the little bastard bundle of joy Grin

Anyone got a trampoline you could have a go on?

JamInMyWellies · 04/12/2013 17:04

38+4 here. So over being preg am grumpy and am fed up of having stupid conversations with well meaning people about when the baby will come out.

DH has told the other DC to just keep your heads down and do as mummy says.

Never again.

Mena1 · 04/12/2013 17:24

How lovely it is to not be the only one! I'm 36+4 with DC2 and have had the pregnancy straight from hell. I cant wait for this to be over. Have been having heart palpatations since 8 weeks which makes me faint ( I collapsed on DC1 once, gave him a nasty bruise just above his eye), have been sick everyday up until 22 weeks and just get sick once or twice a week now(yay!) . Had a loss of water 2 weeks ago, apparently they couldnt tell there was a loss, begged for a scan but was denied, had one last week which was pre-booked and asked sonographer to check waters and low and behold, it has reduced considerably, havent been able to sleep much only about 3 hours a night and feel like a zombie during the day time, last night was the kicker though, everyone was fast asleep and as usual my back and period pain like cramps amped up, so i ran a bath, got out after 30 mins, bounced on the swiss ball until 2 got up and walked to the bathroom for a wee and fainted and ended up pissing myself on the kitchen floor after i passed out. Nice! So i effing cant wait to get this child out. I swear I will never ever go near DH's willy ever again. I am so close to giving myself a c section with a butter knife thats how desperate I am.

To make matters worse, I had an appointment with my obs on Monday and a registrar saw me instead of my usual obs for some reason. The cow was so condescending when i told how my pregnancy was going and if i could get a sweep next week, all the B*tch said was " oh dear it has been tough on you hasnt it?" 30 mins later i'm standing next to my car being sick and she literally just walked past me, she looked at me and did fuck all and kept on walking.

extracrunchy · 04/12/2013 18:36

Mena that sounds like an absolute nightmare Sad hope you don't have to wait too long.

Mena1 · 04/12/2013 18:40
