Nope but I can empathise, my boobs are still aching and I'm 12 weeks! Plus they've doubled in size Confused

I found wearing a sports bra in bed helped or mothercare do special nighttime maternity bras if you want spend money
Warm flannels helped while lying in the bath. It's horrible and the pain has really added to my misery.

RedCountryRoads · 03/12/2013 19:35

You poor thing :(
I'm 8 weeks and my boobs have been killing me for over 4 weeks. They have gone up a cup size and are now starting to bust of of the new bras.
I'm wearing a sports top in bed as every time i turn over otherwise it wakes me up.
When i take my bra off they feel like they are going to land on the floor they are so heavy.

I wish i could give you any tips. But I can't really :/

The only thing i can say is wear the best fitting and supportive bra you can, but that's obvious anyway! Grin

I feel a little bit left out as my boobs aren't sore at all! Well, my nipples are sore to touch/play with (TMI) but that's it. I'm 5 weeks.

Maybe I should count myself lucky!

BunnyLebowski · 03/12/2013 20:17

Argghh me too!

6 weeks here and these boobs are on fire!

Especially on the outside sides iyswim. Ouch.

I don't mind too much though as apart from the occasional dry heave it's my only tangible symptom!

Mitchell2 · 03/12/2013 20:44

Same same! Invested in some cheap m&s crop tops of sleeping and it makes a world of difference.

McFox · 03/12/2013 21:23

Mine too, I had to buy a new bra today because they've grown do much / a bloody G cup!! DH is much amused by my current sleeping arrangement - on my back with my pj top pulled up around my neck and baps on show because I can't stand anything touching my nipples!!

LastOneDancing · 03/12/2013 21:42

Soft sleep bras are your friend! My side boobs were so sore & it helped no end.

Also I'd really recommend you don't buy cheap bras as your norks get bigger. I tried to skimp (2 for £16 at M&S) and ended up with a very sore pair.

MrsPatMustard · 03/12/2013 22:08

I bought a three pack of genie bras and they are very comfy for sleeping. Not glamorous, but they definitely make life easier...

AntoinetteCosway · 03/12/2013 22:52

Right, I am definitely going to buy some bras for sleeping in. It's horrible! McFox I know exactly what you mean about not being able to bear anything touching your nipples.

Sausages you should definitely count yourself lucky!

Good plan, I'll have a look for sleeping bras too Smile

blueskies19 · 03/12/2013 23:49

yes me too sausage - distinct lack of sore boobs - nothing, nada, rien - just the insomnia which I could do without!

Naomilouise1992 · 04/12/2013 00:49

31weeks I look like I come from one of those tribes when women walk around with no bra on and massive burger nips! Safe to say I was not like this before and the shooting pains in my boobs are horrible :( xxx

AntoinetteCosway · 04/12/2013 07:33

You poor thing Naomi-have they been like that since the beginning?

Insomnia sounds horrible too. Hopefully all of us will only ever have one bad symptom at a time!

Oh Naomi I'm sorry you're in pain but GrinGrin at massive burger nips. How sadly accurate!
