Is this normal? Not internal pain, no burning to wee etc just general ache around my foof. Feels better sitting or lying down than walking around. Only lasted a couple of hours so far. 20 weeks. Thanks!

pregnancy is full of achy fanjo pains im 36 weeks and it feels like hes trying to break out and I get aches around the entrance haha xx

Sounds like SPD I'm afraid... I'm 21wks now and struggling to walk :( if you can afford it, get thee to an osteopath. Ime, NHS physio is shite...
