I know, I know but I can't just ask anyone in rl.
I'm 37+ with dc3. Never experienced any piles before.
Have been suffering with SPD badly so have been pretty immobile, was signed off my work at 27 weeks.
We went to see the Christmas lights being switched on in our local main street yesterday, I was only out half a hour when I felt chafing. Turns out it's piles. PILES.
What do I even do? I looked on google and it seems common. It wasn't there all day today but is back tonight.
Do I tell my midwife? Does it matter? Will it go away? What about labour, will the pushing make it worse? Is there a magic cream or something?

Anusol suppository and cream. Stick up!

You're welcome Smile

Gah. *stock

Lots of creams/gels available so get one ASAP. And yes I'm afraid labour and pushing will make them worse so take some cream to hospital with you. Good luck!

StupidFlanders · 02/12/2013 06:31

My sympathy to you- no creams helped me but they disappeared straight after giving birth!

Stick up. Lol!
Thank you. I will go to the chemist ASAP.
