5w+2 pregnant and NO symptoms

I may be over thinking things but am really worried. My last pregnancy I had really sore boobs from day 1, and by now had started with horrendous morning sickness. I had a MMC at 7ish weeks but continued with strong symptoms right up until I went in for medical management.
This time, nothing. I really really don't feel pregnant in the slightest. I have taken 6 tests all positive (although until the last one they were all really faint lines) and obviously no af but I just don't believe it as I don't feel anything!
Should I be worried? Could I have an early scan do you think based on this (I know these are questions for the midwife but I'm not seeing her til next Monday.)
Help! Thanks.

I appreciate that it is a very worrying time but 5+2 is early. I did not have symptoms that early - they did not kick in until a few weeks later. I am not sure that an early scan would show much and so there is a risk that this would cause more worry. Hope your midwife can offer more reassurance and that everything is well.

It's normal most don't have symptoms till at least 6/7 weeks, every pregnancy is different.

I wouldn't worry too much. With DS1 I didn't have any symptoms untill about 12 weeks. I didn't even know I was pregnant till I was 9 weeks gone! I have irregular periods so couldn't count on missing one to know if I was or not. DS3 I didn't have symptoms till about 6-7 weeks either.

I wouldnt worry too much, just enjoy being sickness free while you can Smile

I knew I was pg with dd1 before I was even late. Sore boobs, nausea, super sensitive to smell etc. All disappeared at 7weeks but all was well. She is 7 now.

Dd2 didn't realise I was pg until 9weeks as no symptoms at all but dawned on me no period for a while.

Dd3 thought I was pg as some symptoms and late but negative tests until around 6weeks. Again rest of pg was fine.

What I am trying to say is I don't think you can judge one pregnancy by what happened in previous ones. I did have a scan with dd1 at 7weeks which reassured me and if you think would help you, why not see.if you can do same. My GP referred me to EPU (actually found the referral in a handbag last week which reminded me of all this).

Fingers crossed all good for you.

Thanks for the replies. I know I am being panicky so thanks for putting my mind at ease. It's difficult only having one thing to compare to.

I hated the morning sickness passionately I have never felt so wretched in my life so I will try and enjoy my symptom free time now. (And I need to leave my boobs alone I am squeezing them every 5 mins!)

Uhh, I have absolutely nothing until 6 weeks, and even then I was only very slightly nauseated if I didn't eat or drink enough. My boobs are only ever sore right when I take off a bra, and I've maybe been slightly fatigued. If it weren't for the missing periods and that we were trying, I would never have guessed I was pregnant. I'm 13+5 today. It never got worse, and the tiny bouts of nausea disappeared altogether at 9 weeks.

I had absolutely no symptoms till 7 weeks. Being a bit naive about it all I convinced myself I was just perfect at this pregnancy lark and would glow radiantly for the whole 40 weeks. 7 Weeks on the dot horrendous morning sickness came in and didn't leave till 25 weeks!! Early pregnancy is such a worrying time. But try not to panic or stress, you're doing fine.
