Hello everyone:) I had my vaccination last Monday and every day since the reaction on my arm has got worse. The size of the red area is now about the circumference of the top of a late glass and it's still very hot and itchy, sore to move my arm and gets nippy at times aswell. I was just wondering if this was a fairly standard reaction for everyone as looking at the side effects on google it seems to say they should only really last 48 hours so just a bit concerned mine are still getting worse.

I had mine last Wednesday and it was very slightly tender for 24 hours with no sign of redness or swelling. I couldn't even see where the needle had been.

I'd definitely get it checked out ASAP!

Mine was sore for a week. It was raised, pink and felt like I had been punched. It settled not long afterwards though so I wouldn't worry but I'm sure your doctor could take a look and put your mind at rest.

Mine was the same for about 5 days, massive red bump that was hot and sore. Went down after the fifth day and I have been fine since, this was 10 weeks ago. Talk to Dr if you are worried though - I was going to if it lasted more than 7 days. Hope you feel better soon!

Thankyou ladies:) think I might give the gp a call tomoro just to make sure, you would think they would inform you before hand of any reactions!!
