Hi ladies looking for some advise help. Currently pregnant with second baby 14 weeks. Had a lot of stretching pain over last week which I know is normal round ligament pain. But today it felt different. Called midwife so said to take paracetamol and a warm bath. After speaking with friends family they suggested it may be the start of SPD? I am looking for someone to describe some symptoms to me so I can rule tons out. A lot of pain round lower front and at
My lady bits. When I sit down a lot of pressure like I'm sitting on my insides or they could fall out? Any help would be great.
Thank you

I've been suffering with SPD, to varying degrees, since week 15. Now, at 33 weeks, I'm in constant pain.
It started as you describe; constant pressure in lower back, front and thighs (those being the worst). I felt like a wishbone. Sitting was so painful as I just couldn't get comfy.
Now, legs feel like weights. Constant lower back pain and my whole left side is in agony. I walk with a limp (I'm bloody 30!) because every step sends a spasm from the calf, up through thigh, right through bum cheek (lovely) and all way up back.

That's not to say this will happen to you! Go to the maternity physio. When I went, some of the exercises and tips rely helped in the short term, particularly sleeping with a pillow in between your knees and wearing a support belt when walking distances.

My SPd started earlier second time round, roughly 18 weeks, I'm now 27. It was mainly front pain on and underneath my public bone / lady bits. That worried me but apparently it's normal. Felt like cramp and aching. I mainly get it when walking. I also get numb bum cheeks (one at a time). Running set mine off, and it can be quite painful, so I'm trying to avoid chasing my toddler! Also get lower back ache

I'm only 14 weeks is it possible? I have the sore pubic bone pain and underneath at my bits. Lower pack too and when I sit down feel a lot of pressure like baby could fall out?
