Cold symptoms and rash

Hello - just after some advice as to whether I need to worry/get medical advice this weekend or could wait until Monday. Basically I woke Friday night with a sore throat, and this morning feel like I have a mild cold (sore throat, headache, general blurghness) which makes sense as both DS and DH have too.

But I've also got a rash this morning up my arms and on my neck - should I worry today or see how it goes?

I generally have sensitive skin and do get eczema, but this has flared up very quickly.

Ps I'm 24 weeks pregnant!

Get it checked out. Rash with cold symptoms can be a sign of more serious infection, and pregnancy suppresses your immunity to fight disease.

That's what I'm worried about :( rash seems to be going off a bit - do you think it's an OOO doctor thing or shall I get it checked Mon? I feel well in myself otherwise.
