I've had this on and off for a few hours. Baby is moving about as usual. In the last few minutes it's been painful enough to actually take my breath away and I certainly can't go back to sleep.

Having a generally rough pregnancy. Ow ow ow.

Please advise!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Ow.

Should I phone someone?

Have been back and forth to day assessment a lot recently and really don't want to do it unnecessarily - or be stupid and ignore a real problem.

If in doubt ring them... My midwife unit says I have to ring with every single query/worry, and not to hesitate! Good luck!

Oh *@%! that sounds very sensible. I wanted it to just go away Sad (and someone to say it's probably wind caused by too much chocolate).
