i took a clearblue digi test this morning. n got BFP. soo excited but dont want to tell friends/family yet. the last time (3yrs ago it ended in mc at 5-6wks). am i right in sayin the doctors will date me bk to first day of my last af? which was 18th oct....so makin me 6wks

Yes your pregnancy is dated from first day of your LMP.. so you are already 6 weeks and due 25 july '14 (in and around!)

fingers crossed for you this time. once you get over the 8 week mark and there's a heartbeat, you're home and dried. Having an 8/9 week scan is the best thing you can do (IMO). I live in Dublin and unless you're private, you dont get a scan until 12 or 13 weeks. I coudlnt wait that long so had a scan at 9 weeks. Good strong heartbeat and i was told my risk of MC is now 3%. I like those odds!

I keep looking at the hpt every time I walk past it, I still can't quite believe it. I had a inkling results were gonna be positive, not been feelin my usual self. N had symptoms of a uti that I never get normally. Cleared itself up after few days tho. Feel bloated all the time. Gonna test again next wk b4 bookin a docs appointment

No not even started folic acid, only found out today am pregnant. Got some folic acid coming Tomoz with my Tesco shop
