Braxton hicks?? Not sure

Morning.... I'm just wondering what Braxton hicks feels like? I had a few tightenings yesterday and quite a lot of pressure pushing down, no pain at all it was just slightly uncomfortable. I've never experienced this before and thought it could be Braxton hicks?

Could be, mine were more uncomfortable rather than painful. They're sporadic compared to real contractions.

Mine felt sort of like constipation cramps
