When to start taking Arnica?

Hello. Does anybody know when to start taking Arnica? Can't remember what I did with DC1. May even have been post birth..?

Hello, don't have the answer but am wondering the same thing- I swear it helped me heal quite quickly from my IVF egg collection so keen to use post-birth
