Hi
I am 8 weeks pg with an 18 month old dd. my partner works away all week and I work part time, looking after dd the rest of the week. Next year, we are planning on moving to be nearer partners work. Also, I am fairly recently bereaved of both my parents.
To cut a story short, I'm stressed and emotional! I really am missing my parents and the pregnancy hormones are definitely making these feelings heightened. I'm also knackered and finding it tough working pt and looking after a toddler when all I want to do is sleep. I'm also worried about the idea of moving to another part of the country, selling a house and buying another with a toddler and a new baby.

Any advice? Thank you

Just try to take care of yourself in the small ways. Get your shopping delivered, get your partner to help with housework at the weekends, maybe find a toddler group where you can leave your DD for an hour or two to let you nap. Make sure you are eating well and get some fresh air.

Sorry for your recent bereavements as that is a big blow. I would probably try not to worry too much about future plans such as moving house. Easier said than done but try and concentrate on today and tomorrow and good advice from Romilly. Would your finances allow you a cleaner or someone to do ironing? I think trying to meet other Mums with toddlers might help too? Wishing you well x
