Morning sickness - it can come back can't it?

I am 34 weeks pregnant with twins and feeling rough as old boots.
Puked this morning.
Get into full panic mode when I throw up because my previous labours starting with vomiting.
Any top tips?

Aww sorry to say that yes, sometimes there is a reoccurrence of morning sickness as you get nearer your due date. Try to keep hydrated and as rested as possible, eat little but often and don't panic yourself.

Sad SIGH With DC2 it didn't really go away but I feel so much better now than I did this morning.

Yes it happened to me, too, around the same time. I just tried to eat little and often and ride it out. Now at 38 weeks I am no longer sick but have a whole new set of problems which I moan about constantly.

Hope you feel better quickly.
