over-emotional!

20weeks pregnant and I'm so over emotional today!I just keep wanting to burst into tears over every little nothing. I'm feeling so down I don't even want choc to make me feel better!anyone else get this way?how do u hold back the tears?!

good old hormones hey! Have u joined any of the chats on the ante natal groups board? there may be ladies with a similarly staged pregnancy and raging tears! big hugs to u xx

To be honest... U don't hold em back u just let them out! I cried so much in 1st and 2nd trimester.... Still got emotional in 3rd but I think u get used to the hormones being up and down, I always felt like a millimeter away from crying that I even laughed about it at times, I just think don't be hard on yourself, ur creating a whole human being inside you and no wonder ur hormones are going crazy! Just give urself a break and allow urself to feel the way u do... It's all normal

Don't hold back, let the tears out - its the only way to feel a bit better. I'm 30+4 and the insurance advert where the lady has her sentimental ring stolen sets me off every time...... and I cant even watch a Christmas ad without welling up! Its very normal but very frustrating. Try chocolate as it will help Smile And definitely enjoy a nice bath and early night later.
