Alrighty,

I haven't slept properly for three months. At first I was just waking to have extra wees, now I need extra wees, food, drink and more wees and just can't get to sleep in-between. The annoying thing is that I'm starting to experience cravings at 4 in the morning. I really wanted mince pies and pickled onions this morning;a pork and stuffing sandwich wouldn't have gone amiss either... I'm 17 weeks and just wondered how many of us are suffering with this and if anyone has any tips for a good night's sleep?

Not sleeping is totally rubbish. I've started pregnancy yoga and it really helped. Also Maggie Howells hypnotherapy recordings are brilliant.
I stopped drinking early evening to reduce wees and have snacks just before bed. Rice cakes or toast helps see me through til breakfast.

Thanks for your reply Ingl0rious. I think I might have to try the yoga and hypnotherapy recordings. I can't really cut down on my fluid intake as the midwife has told me that I'm not drinking enough as it I, but if I go to bed in a calmer state, I guess I might be able to sleep more easily (between wees) :-)
