I'm in v late pregnancy but this has been happening for a while. Does anyone else get this or should I mention it to the mw tomorrow?

Oh yes, I remember this!

Both my dc did it - it was eye-wateringly uncomfortable at times, right up to birth.

Mention it to MW. Can't hurt.
Good luck with the birth!

Bumbolina · 21/11/2013 21:21

I forgot to bloomin mention it! Oh well - I suspect it's got worse again as head is engaged!

Ooo I've been getting this too, it's so painful!! It's almost like an electric shock or having loads of glass up inside you, it's so uncomfortable!! I'm 32+5 so hope it's not head engaging yet but who knows!!! I have to hold my breath sometimes or just stop walking!!!

gamerchick · 21/11/2013 21:49

Heh it's been 7 years since I was pregnant and I knew exactly what you meant Grin

Pregnancy sucks really with all these random twinges and round ligament pain to boot.

Not long now and it'll be all over.

Im 35 weeks and get this every night at the same time?? Its so awkward and really uncomfy. I think its just where the baby is rubbing against the cervix, i wouldn't worry I had it in both my pregnancies :)
