When do boobs stop growing....

I was only a 34C prior to pregnancy so nothing too overwhelming and up until I was about 19 weeks gestation I managed to remain in my usual bras although they did start becoming uncomfortable from 16weeks.

I'm now almost 22 weeks and a fortnight or so ago I bought some new bras - I didn't get measured, just guessed - and just went up one cup size to 34D which fit really well.

However, a week after buying them they also became so, so painful to wear. The cup size is fine still but the strap that goes around my back is agonisingly tight and I'm left with red marks across me and irritated skin. It is so unbearable that I'm walking around with my bra on but not actually done up Smile

I'm going to get some more bras tomorrow and probably go up a step to a 36D but I feel annoyed because bras are so expensive - I can't be doing with replacing them every few weeks.

I was kind of hoping that boob growth would slow down and eventually stop.....am I kidding myself?? Hmm

Get yourself some bra extenders. They've been a God's send for me. Marks and Spencer sell them Smile

primark/ asda/ tesco are your friend. I have always lived in sports bras pre pregnancy and now I love them. I feel like its every 3 weeks im buying a new one, but at 4-7 pounds a time its not too bad. with them being sports bras they are uber comfy and supportive and not underwired...

Another vote for primark £4 sports bras!

I wish mine would start growing! I've heard all these stories about massive pregnancy cleavage but I can't see a difference yet. At nearly 29 weeks I can still fit into my regular 36C bras, although the underwire is a bit uncomfortable so I've had to buy a few non-wired ones.

Soon i hope. Im 20weeks now and no idea what size i am. Id say around a 36G, I know i am bigger than what i was at full term last time. My back is in agony.
