nosebleeds and blackspots

wonder If anyone can tell me wheathr this is normal or not.i'm 23+6 wks and today Ive had two nosebleeds which i know is normal in pregnecy. but Ive started. to see black flashing spots. should i be concerned.

You need to call your midwife. Although a couple of small nosebleeds is probably normal, the black spots before the eyes could be any number of things (some harmless, some critical).

It could be nothing, but both can be a sign of high blood pressure so you should definitely get checked out by your midwife or doctor.
