Low lying placenta covering os - worried

I've just on friday had my 20 week scan and baby is fine, however the sonographer mentioned I have a low placenta, covering the os or cervix. I have to go back for a check at 32 weeks but no other advice given. really worried, I work full time and have not been taking it easy at all but am now thinking maybe I should be?

Has anyone had a placenta over the os move away? It is anterior, to the right according to notes.

There are 2 scan pictures of the cervix attached to my notes but I am having trouble interpreting them - sonographer did not explain them at all. Is anyone a sonographer or obstetrician and able to explain them? I could have a go uploading from my phone.

I'm not a medical professional but my placenta was also 'too low down' at 20 weeks. My gynaecologist told me to be extremely careful with sexual relations (I guess he meant just keep it very gentle), no running, no excessive exercise and plenty of rest. He warned that if you have any spotting or blood in the urine to go to a hospital immediately. He said the placenta would move up to its normal position in time for the next scan, and sure enough he was right. Sure everything will be fine, just try to relax take it easy.
