Does anybody suffer from dead legs/pins n needles/cramps when sleeping at night? I have to constantly swap what side I am sleeping on due to cramping and pin n needles on my legs all the time! It's so frustrating. Does anybody else get this?

I had a "dead arm" last night. I get it quite alot. It happened occasionally b4 getting pg so i don't know if it's related.
If u r getting lots of cramp eg. In legs...try swapping to LoSalt ...it has potassium in it which an osteopath once told me was good for preventing cramp.

Constantly experience this, day and night, I'm combatting it by eating more bananas for the the magnesium and potassium. It's eased off but not gone, but I do get an hour or so pain free so I can snooze.

I get it too. Whole of leg cramps are something else altogether. Dioralyte seems to cure it for a few weeks Wink
