Braxton hicks all day..?

I'm 32+4 weeks and have been having not uncommon Braxton hicks the last week - until last night in which I've been having them every hour. They aren't painful - they are bearable as long as I take it easy - eg no walking around doing chores. They haven't really increased with intensity - just stayed the same.
Is this something I should be ringing the midwife on? I know I'm not in labour but could this be very early stages? I'm away for the weekend without my notes so I feel like I'd be a bit unprepared!!
Or am I just panicking and it's normal for Braxton hicks to be this frequent?

Don't panic but do give the midwife a call and let her know, she might want to get you checked out for early labour.
In the mean time do they lessen if you have some paracetamol and a warm bath?
