38 weeks today and I've started loosing my plug!! Lost a large glob of it at about 2 and then some more at 5! Also had pain down there at times (usually when on the toilet) and been feeling really sick on off since last night...oh and a looser bowl movement this morning. (Sorry for tmi)

Wonder if it's almost time! What do you ladies think??

DH is taking a nap, how he can nap at a time like this is beyond me my mind is totally working over time lol Grin

Its definitely a move in the right direction, for some people its a few hours after plug starts to go, for others its a couple of weeks. For me it was about a week after i lost my plug.

Take comfort that your body is preparing for labour.

I lost mine when i was actually in labour, at 3/4cm.
i wasn't expecting something which looked like a bloody oyster /bogey thing

2 weeks for me.....lost plug at 38 weeks and was very hopeful but nothing happened. 2 weeks later a day before my due date my waters went and went into labour. Good luck!

Mine was in labour both times too, after my waters had gone I think. So exciting, good luck! :)

Thanks everyone I think I'm getting impatient Grin
After 2 days of feeling awful and constantly sick I feel wonderful this morning, less pelvic/back pain and not feeling as nauseous, I think I'll enjoy it while it lasts lol!

Don't remember mine going with DS. With DD think it was about a week to 10 days later she was born.
