Was meant to continue!!! Scan showed a yolk sac in the right place. But I am not experiencing a single symptom. I don't feel sick, im not tired, my boobs feel fine......I've had a m/c before and am driving myself round the bend. Please advise.

I'm not a huge expert but afaik, there is really no "normal" at your early stage of pregnancy, so it sounds quite reasonable that you aren't experiencing any symptoms just yet. Do call the midwife for some more expert reassurance if it might help. Otherwise, try and relax and enjoy feeling well for the moment! Oh, and congratulations! Smile

DaleyBump · 15/11/2013 15:07

I didn't have any symptoms at all until 8 weeks. It's perfectly normal :)

dobedobedo · 15/11/2013 15:10

I didn't have any symptoms until 6 weeks and then I wanted to die with the morning sickness. Your hormone levels might not be high enough to have symptoms yet.
Some lucky people never get any, except a bump!

WheresMyCow · 15/11/2013 15:16

I didn't have any symptoms until 10 or 11 weeks and then only very mild ones.

Try not to worry too much and Congratulations GrinThanks

Think I was one of the lucky ones dobedobedo (great username BTW) Smile

I found out at 4 weeks, didn't have any symptoms until 6 and even then it was just tiredness and feeling bloated. I was sick maybe 3 times but had no real morning sickness, although I felt a bit nauseous in the evenings. Am now nearly 28 weeks and have felt fine since 12 weeks.

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 15/11/2013 15:31

in about a month you will look back wistfully at this thread! Be careful what you wish for! Wink

HotCrossPun · 15/11/2013 15:32

You are so so early on, no symptoms is completely normal. I didn't get any morning sickness at all, just felt really tired at about 10 weeks.

Congratulations Thanks

EvenFlo · 15/11/2013 15:35

I had no symptoms until I was in the 3rd trimester and even then they were a bit vague until the last month when I was just a bit big and knackered.

So try not to worry (easier said than done I know) - as another poster said there is no 'typical' pregnancy despite what books Woolf have you believe!

superlambanana · 15/11/2013 15:38

Lots of my friends had virtually no symptoms. Lying here in my sicky state, I am very jealous!! You'll be fine.

Ditsydebs · 15/11/2013 15:42

I am at 15weeks and not really had any symptoms! Hope all goes well for you. X

SweetPea86 · 15/11/2013 17:09

First off all congratulations

And don't knock it enjoy it I've had every bloody symptom and I've been miserable for months lol.

You might get nauseous in a few more weeks but I wouldn't worry some ladies don't get any symptoms

Enjoy it Hun :)

tgamble13 · 15/11/2013 17:48

my symptoms where delayed too i didnt experience sore breasts until about 8 weeks had nausea shortly after the 8 weeks which i mistaken for hunger :-\ apart from that in the early days thats all i had.

congrats by the way Grin

Tea1Sugar · 16/11/2013 08:27

I'm 17/18 weeks and still no symptoms!

MrsHY1 · 16/11/2013 13:35

Yep, not a single symptom here either, apart from boobs starting to grow at the 8/9 mark- but no breast tenderness and certainly no nausea, headaches or tiredness. Am 37+3 today and apart from a weak bladder, massive cankles and a very wriggly baby I'm still symptom free Grin. It can happen!
