Help, quick - cough sweets

Can I have cough sweets / throat sweets when pregnant?

I've got DS's cold and sore throat, and three training courses to deliver in the next two days!!

I think some are ok as long as they don't have decongestants and/or laxatives in them. I had halls soothers the other week. Ask pharmacist if in doubt

Soothers and lockers are fine, not sure about the others though.

I've been eating Lockets. You can have a packet a day.
