Morning anyone - I am a very sleep poster this morning 
I'm almost 21 weeks and over the last week in particular (though has been occurring over the last 3ish weeks) my sleeping pattern has gone crazy!! Can anyone empathise?
I keep waking up in the early hours of the morning for absolutely no reason, usually about 3-4am and despite being shattered I just can't get back to sleep. I just lie there for hours trying my hardest to shut off, but I just can't work. I must eventually fall asleep though because at some pint the next thing I know is that it's 9-10am and I've just woken up. I then find myself absolutely knackered come 2pm again, to the point I can't keep my eyes open and usually end up falling asleep on the sofa.
I'm currently off work (on the sick) so the erratic sleeping isn't an issue but when I go back next week I don't know how I'm going to cope.
I just want to stop waking up or at least understand why it's happening
