Looking for a little advice!

I'm currently a few days over 30 weeks and, since about 10am yesterday, I've had constant nausea and pretty bad cramping. Best way to describe it is like really bad period pain; low down with occasional painful spasms. Baby is still moving but was much quieter than normal last night. Sleep has made it a little better this morning, but the sickness and cramp are still rearing their ugly head.

I'm also feeling quite wet in the pants department (sorry-i know, its not even 9am yet!) but nothing horrifically out of the ordinary.

Please-for the love of jebus-tell me that I'm just having an "off" few days? This isn't how the whole of the 3rd trimester is going to go, is it?

I think you should speak yo midwife or gp in case it is more than that. Am no expert though.

I think you should call your MW or triage /labour ward. Better to play it safe.

Any change in movement should get checked out by your midwife. It's probably nothing to worry about but they are there for your piece of mind so get in touch with them!

Would love to hear if you are OK, OP.

Maternity assessment say stomach big and possible UTI. Off to the drs for me!

Thanks for the replies-here's hoping the next 10 weeks are better than the last two days!!!

Best of luck. Could be Braxton hicks? I'm due around the same time and I've been having painful ones.
roll on the next few weeks...
