Smells!!

I have quite bad morning sickness and one thing that really isn't helping is being in our lounge.... We have a wood burner and even though we've not used it for a couple of weeks the room (and in fact the whole downstairs) is smelling really strongly of woodsmoke. The smell is unbearable to me and is making me feel horrendous.

Is there anything I can do to lessen it??!! This is probably a really stupid question but I'm desperate!!

try putting vicks on your top lip? (helped me a little bit anyway!)

It is truly miserable feeling like this - I hope it passes for you soon.

I can relate. I am still suffering from morning sickness and smells are the worst thing for setting it off. I would agree about the vicks as that can help. The other thing that I sometimes do is get a scented candle near me. Air fresheners also help a little bit providing you can tolerate the smell of them. :(
